I love these, 'though I'll need an adjustment. They look great but are a smidgen enough too long that I refuse to wear them until they're just right for my petite stature and high heeled boots. Otherwise, NYDJ delivers great design, and an excellent fit right off the rack.

These jeans fit great! And look wonderful and are super comfortable! However, I bought four or five pairs of these jeans in the varying color washes about 6 to 7 months ago. Even after MANY washes (once a week for each pair since purchase) these jeans still have the blue color coming off. What I mean by that is when you're wearing them and you rub your hand down the jeans the blue color comes off on your hands. Also, if you're wearing any shoes that are light colored, it comes off and stains those as well. light colored tops, anywhere the top is touching the jean will be discolored. I have owned a lot of jeans over the years and have never had this happen. They are charging a premium for these jeans, and this should not be occurring. This is definitely a quality pair of jeans, and I REALLY appreciate those reviewers who included height, weight, and body measurements in addition to their insights in their reviews. I read so many reviews and quite frankly was very confused and ordered larger than I needed plus being in a guessing game when it comes to clothing from overseas...it's difficult to decide without having to purchase more than 2 in different sizes...something I think most of us can relate to. However, you get what you pay for. With so many positive reviews for NYDJ, I decided to spend a little more and give these a try...and I'm glad I did! Obviously our body types differ and we all have preferences in how we like clothes to fit. For reference I am a little over 5'8", 165lbs, 44"hips, 34" waist and 32" inseam. I ended up purchasing a size 12 and I could have nicely fit into the size 10. I will return the 12 and get the 10. The jean fabric is mid weight, soft and well sewn with just the right amount of stretch. Very comfortable even if a little loose, but fixed by sizing down one size. Love the wide legs and how the jeans give shape around bottom and thighs without being too tight. I would highly recommend this product. UPDATE: STILL IN LOVE! I have had these jeans a couple of years...I had also bought 2 pairs of the optic white, which also fit beautifully. All 4 pairs of this style are my absolute favorite go to jeans. They wash up like a dream, I put in dryer for 15 mins with a bounce dryer sheet, then take out, hand smooth and hang to completely dry. They dry a tiny bit stiff, but as soon as I shake them out and fold to store, they're soft again and look brand new. The optic white gets the "normal dirty", however after spot treating and washing, the fabric releases stains and also look new wash after wash! I adore the NYDJ brand...definite quality and consistency. Waiting on my 5th pair of "Rinse" color to arrive...I'll update again soon. I have NOT been compensated in anyway for my reviews...I just love these jeans that much! ... show more
