I bought this for my 8 year old and have had fun teaching him how to fly it. It is a very responsive drone but I would not recommend using it indoors. Even with the trim settings the drone does wonder and if you are not well acquainted with the controls it will run into things. Ours is brand new and we have tested the battery life of a full charge to around 6 minutes at 6:30 the lights start blinking meaning battery is low. At 7:30 the props will stop spinning no matter how high your drone is in the air. It does come with 2 batteries so you can switch then and closer to the flight time that is advertised. My 6 year old was not able to fly this even after explaining how it works. Thankfully it comes with extra props. All in all a good drone for those with a steady hand. 4 stars from us. This is much harder to control than it should be. Bought for my grandson, but my son had a hard time controlling it and it did not get the elevation promised. It barely hovered above the ground.
