I am new to this brand, and just bought the original version of this dry oil. I've heard about it for years and always wanted to try it but always thought it was a little out of my price range. I noticed the price dropped recently so I ordered it the other day. I like it a lot, although the fragrance is a little intense at first. It settles down nicely, though. So, I wanted to try this floral version too. I was a bit hesitant because some of the reviews mentioned a strong, linear, rose scent. And some of the reviews also seemed to indicate that the fragrance smelled a little old fashioned. Well, to me this oil has a light and very refreshing floral/citrusy fragrance that seems modern and isn't overpowering at all. The brand website describes the scent as grapefruit, magnolia and musk which seems spot on. No rose, nothing that smells unpleasant. I wonder if the formula has changed or some customers are receiving older stock. In any event, the oil I received smells nice and it goes on easily and leaves my skin feeling very soft and smooth. As a dry oil, it sinks right in and it feels very pampering with no oily feel + I just need a little bit. Theysprayer makes it easy to apply. The bottle is fairly heavy glass which is nice, but the sprayer and cap are kind of cheap and flimsy. I'm glad I tried this oil and I am finding it perfect for me to use right now in the heat of summer. I'll save the original version with its slightly heavier scent for fall. ... show more

But it, just buy it. It smells like a high end perfume store in the provinces of France. Smells like the inside of Fragonard. IYKYK Leaves my skin super soft and scent is long lasting.

Just got it couldn’t wait to try. I applied some to my arms to test run and noticed it doesn’t leave you feeling greasy in anyway. I can definitely see this as a good body and hair product but will not be using it on my face as I prefer non fragrant products for my facial moisturizer. I will say the fact it doesn’t leave you feeling greasy and leaving fingerprints is a nice change of pace. The scent is strong in the beginning with floral but when it settles in it’s light and breezy with citrus undertones. It’s very pleasant and rounded. I do plan on trying more from this brand for sure, the quality is very noticeable right away and would suggest it to anyone looking. ... show more

Lovely glass bottle, very light spray, oil viscosity is divine and scent is deliciously sublime. Second purchase; the bottle was a different color, and the viscosity was more watery so it did not blend into the skin as pleaureably as first bottle. The scent seemed off too.

I've tried many body oils and this has got to be my favorite, despite being a bit thin, The scent is out of this world. I have tried the original Nuxe oil and love it, but the scent of this blows it out of the water. I want to gatekeep this so I never run out. The scent is floral and fresh and can pair well when layered with other perfumes. The only downside is that it's not moisturizing on very dry skin, but would be good for anyone who has normal - oily skin. ... show more

It smells a little soapy to me. I love floral smells but the smell is not very delicate. It has a clean finish smell so if you like sort of the powdery, deodorant, flowery scent candle smell, it’s fine. However, it is quick drying and it actually works very well with my sensitive skin and face. Light enough for hair daily use without looking like you don’t wash your hair for a week or a traveling discount model. The smell isn’t too strong and faded quickly, so the oil’s lightweight quality and the fact that I can mask the smell is enough for me to enjoy it. It’s better than the original smell which reminds me of the retirement house pool I used to work at in high school and early college. Maybe I’ll give the neroli a chance. ... show more

I read about this oil in an article somewhere and took a chance. Wow! I'm glad I did. It is ultra quick to absorb, yet definitely leaves my skin feeling moisturized. To top it off, the scent is very light and very beautiful on me. Wonderful value!
