This stuff works!!!! I am using this in combination with the new apple cider vinegar gummies. I am on a weight loss journey since GLP has blown up (but I am trying to find healthier alternatives instead of the shot) and this really curves my appetite. I still crave stuff BUT after a few bites I no longer want anymore. I went to a birthday celebration last night and I usually eat a big piece of cake... because I have been taking this I LITERALLY only wanted 3 - 4 bites and I was satisfied. This stuff has helped me stick to my 3 meals a day and skip the snacking throughout the day (which is where all of my extra calories were coming from). I kept hearing about "food noise" and I didn't know what that meant UNTIL I started taking these!! MAGIC. I LOVEEEE THEM. I take it in the morning. Drink lots of water & take it with a meal for sure. The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using Nutricost Berberine HCl 600mg for a few weeks now, and so far, I’m loving it. The capsules are easy to swallow, don’t have any weird aftertaste, and the ingredients are clean—no unnecessary fillers, which is a huge plus for me. 💛 What I like: ✔️ No junk ingredients ✔️ No stomach issues or weird aftertaste ✔️ Good potency – 600mg per capsule ✔️ Affordable compared to other brands Results so far: I got this mainly for blood sugar balance, metabolism support, and overall health, and I can tell it’s doing something because I feel more stable energy-wise throughout the day. It’s only been a few weeks, so I’ll update if I notice anything major, but for now—it’s a yes from me. Would I recommend? Yep. I decided to try berberine to help with weightloss and blood sugar spikes. So far it has been great! I am a binge eater so I tend to eat a decent meal, then all of the sudden I get a VORACIOUS appetite. Like I will eat ANYTHING in large quantities till I finally feel satisfied, usually after I eat too much. Since taking this I eat maybe one big meal and little snacks but I don't get that crazy insatiable appetite throughout the day. I also feel lighter, but I haven't weighed myself yet. For people who get stomach aches, I take three pills, three times a day for 1800. Morning, noon, and night. It helps A LOT with the spikes and one meal can last all day, it also us less harsh on the stomach (I never took two pills at once). I know that sounds scary but you have to take account that I binge eat. I will eat a large portion in one sitting. So over time I am eating less and less at once and eating smaller portions throught the day. It also gives a little energy lift after taking it so the three times daily does give a more consistent energy. Make sure you take it AFTER you eat for the best results on appetite. If you take before and then eat hours later it won't give you the benefits on the appetite hormone suppression and you will still overeat. If you take it after you eat a large meal (eg. Take Morning, skip breakfast. Have lunch and take it after) you will be fuller throughout the day since your body won't cause that hormone to release as drastically. If you aren't getting results you can add another pill but from what I have heard three is pretty optimal around 500 a pill. Hope it helps! Definitely do research on it. I also wanted to add I DID NOT get any request from the seller for any 5 star reviews, which made me feel much better about the product and the reviews I read.

Value for money: This stuff is life changing. I’m a type 1 diabetic and started taking these several days ago and this has done wonders for my blood sugars. Helps with lessening the spike after having my morning coffee. This has also been helping me with my appetite by keeping it down some. So it’s been about 3 weeks since I started taking these supplements. 1 after breakfast and 1 after dinner. This past Friday was the worst day. I had very bad acid reflux, very bad stomach craps and zero appetite. I stopped taking it for a day. I took one after dinner last night and I woke up around 3am to barf my brains out. I couldn’t sleep so I’m tired now at work. Have no appetite but I’m barging yellow bile. So with this being said it will curb your appetite tremendously but is it really worth it. For me no way! I feel like poop and I’m soooooo nauseous. 🤮 I gave it 3 starts because it started off great and will stop you from eating. But not worth it lol
