This stuff works!!!! I am using this in combination with the new apple cider vinegar gummies. I am on a weight loss journey since GLP has blown up (but I am trying to find healthier alternatives instead of the shot) and this really curves my appetite. I still crave stuff BUT after a few bites I no longer want anymore. I went to a birthday celebration last night and I usually eat a big piece of cake... because I have been taking this I LITERALLY only wanted 3 - 4 bites and I was satisfied. This stuff has helped me stick to my 3 meals a day and skip the snacking throughout the day (which is where all of my extra calories were coming from). I kept hearing about "food noise" and I didn't know what that meant UNTIL I started taking these!! MAGIC. I LOVEEEE THEM. I take it in the morning. Drink lots of water & take it with a meal for sure. I started taking this berberine supplement as part of trying to live a healthier lifestyle as I get older. I like that it helps regulate blood sugar, makes me feel fuller between meals, and supports heart health. It’s been easy to add into my daily routine, and I feel good knowing it’s giving me benefits in multiple areas at once. It helps control hunger. It really works especially after 2 weeks of consistently taking 2 pills a day. It does cause some stomach upset but increasing my warm tea intake has helped. I noticed less bloating and overall feel better and not always hungry. Good product.

So it’s been about 3 weeks since I started taking these supplements. 1 after breakfast and 1 after dinner. This past Friday was the worst day. I had very bad acid reflux, very bad stomach craps and zero appetite. I stopped taking it for a day. I took one after dinner last night and I woke up around 3am to barf my brains out. I couldn’t sleep so I’m tired now at work. Have no appetite but I’m barging yellow bile. So with this being said it will curb your appetite tremendously but is it really worth it. For me no way! I feel like poop and I’m soooooo nauseous. 🤮 I gave it 3 starts because it started off great and will stop you from eating. But not worth it lol
