They would literally send me the wrong chain, I even paid for a 31gram weight chain and they would send a 19 gram. This on the other hand, Nura Gold, amazing! Extremely pleased with this purchase! It actually exudes quality. 26" hamgs at about nip height on avg male. Great to hang my medical alert tag, also bought on Amazon. Edit - So fast forward TWO DAYS - why would you sell such a nice necklace with such a POS lobster clasp!? It literally fell apart on my neck. So now i have to take it to my jewelers, quite redfaced i might add, to have it repaired with a more durable clasp! Not worth sending it back to have ai replaced with one of the same.
