The quality of the costume is much better than anticipated. Well worth the price for a costume of this complexity. The peripherals (butterfly hair pin, leg wraps, bows) are awful, but those are the easiest (and most satisfying) parts to make yourself! I am 5’5 and about 135 - 140lb I ordered a medium and it fit decently well but it was a tad snug. In all honesty I would size up, but overall the Cosplay was great. The quality was good and it came with everything. The only thing that wasn’t of the best quality is the socks. I bought a different pair on Amazon and they were amazing. I love that there was elastic at the waistband, but there weren't any belt loops to secure the belt ? It was an easy fix for me, and over all the costume is worth the purchase. I love the vibrancy of the haori too! (P.s. I weigh 170 lbs and I am 5' 3" and ordered the biggest size they had to offer at the time, though in the US I normally wear size L 😅) ... show more

Hello! I have been cosplaying since about 2017. I took a break and recently decided to get involved in the community again. I am not an expert but I know what I personally look for. 1. SIZE UP. I don’t care how short you are or if you think it’ll be too big. Size up, I’m 5’3” I made the mistake of thinking the pants will fit perfectly because of how short I am. They did not. They are tiny bit short on me. Please be warned of that. My fix is simple, I just have to wear a black tank top for the shirt because if I lift my arms my stomach is almost completely exposed. You may not be that lucky. 2. It may not give you your dream body. I’m decently athletic, I thought I would have an athletic looking body in this outfit but it doesn’t do me justice that much (you can be the judge of that). 3. SEEMS SHOW. If you HATE when seems show this product is not for you. You can see in my attached photos that the seems on the butterfly jacket (I forgot what it is called lol), and leg warmers are showing. OVERALL, 7/10. It’s cute and my friends think it’ll look great on me once I style my wig I bought from a separate store. P.S. there is a butterfly that comes with it. It’s okay looking in my opinion 5/10. I forgot to take a photo of it. ... show more
