I've had this cover for quite some time now. It was a proactive purchase rather than a reactive to avoid the rush when everyone would be looking for one. So yes, boating season is over and now it's time to cover up for the fall and winter. The cover seems to be well made, I have no problem with the material or straps as they worked well for us. Some will say a cover is just a cover, thankfully the sellers description was spot on with the size as the pictures will show. I needed to pull my pontoon out of the marina to have some engine work completed and used this cover to keep any critters or debris out of my boat. It fit very well with no problems. The securing straps felt nice and strong, and I don't see them ripping the fabric anytime soon. This cover should last for quite some time.

I have a old Ford 555 backhoe loader that has an open cab. I don't have a barn or anything large enough to store it in so it sets out in the weather which is especially bad considering the open cab. I have tried covering it with tarps but they are hard to tie down and a decent quality one that large are very expensive. Also I know of no covers made specifically for it. I got the large 25'-28' size and while it isn't made specifically for this purpose it works really well. The material is heavy and well made and it has plenty of straps to tie it down securely. This works much better than a tarp and is actually less expensive than the tarps I had tried before.

I have a 23 foot, 10 inch pontoon boat in Florida. My boat already has a snap-on custom weather cover I can trailer with, but being it is quite expensive I take it off during hurricanes since I don’t want to damage it. I got this to cover the boat during those storms. It is a fraction of the cost and uses straps to hold it down. If it does get damaged, at least I’ve got less on the line and it is possible repairable. But I am hoping it is strong enough to hold up. I ordered the 21-24 foot version. I can say after fitting this on my boat that the is a true range. It would not fit a 25 foot boat. But on my boat the bottom edge appears to fall about 3-4 inches below the deck all around, including front and back. However, this is an assessment because I did not remove or lower my Bimini top which meant it bunched around the Bimini brackets in the middle. Also, my pontoon walls stop short of bow and aft so I cannot attest to whether the cover would be overstretched for a boat where the cover has to rise immediately to cover a bow wall vice slope to that wall. But the cover is sewn to accommodate some sort of rise. This can be solved by removing the Bimini or possible lowering it, which I did not try. The cover then has loops that you thread included straps into to hold it down. This includes two in the front and two in the back. The straps are not designed to go from one side to the other, but rather each strap connects to the cover and either a part of the pontoon or the trailer. The motor cover is quite sizable. I was able to cover my Yamaha 250hp with no problem. BTW, the pics seem to show a motor cover with a flat top. While the cover is sewn as a flat piece, there is no support included to keep it flat. Don’t think that matters though. Overall, I am quite pleased with it and can attest it fits a 23 foot 10 inch pontoon. It almost looks like it was made for my boat and seems sturdy. I bought a support pole to prop it up to drain water. I’m not going to use it for trailering, but am sure it would work based on the number and placement of straps. For me, it was well worth it as an investment.

The 17' - 20' version of this cover extends over our entire 18' pontoon, including covering the rear pontoons and the motor. It's too big for our boat for trailering (it would be too baggy), but should make a good storage cover. There are some nice features this cover has that others are lacking: - Heavy-duty plastic buckles (compared to cheaper versions we've encountered on other covers). - Heavy-weight material that is coated on the inside and seams that are waterproof taped. - Pull straps are sewn with reinforcement, and stitched underneath the hem cord for a straight pull (prevents roll-up of hem). - Reinforcement in the corners. - Plenty of sewn-in vents on the front and rear. - "Front" label sewn inside to make orienting the cover much quicker. - Cross straps are sewn over the cover for extra reinforcement. - Rope hem with a ratchet that sits in a velcro-covered pocket on the back right of the cover. This makes it very easy to install the cover (no elastic to battle with), and allows the hem to be tightened as much as needed. And no worries about elastic getting old and breaking down. - Huge motor cover/storage bag (should fit a bit V6 or V8 outboard... way too big for our 25hp though. lol). Overall we're pleased with the heavy material, nice craftsmanship, and great features of this cover and plan on using it for winter storage.

There’s some positives about this boat cover and somethings I wish were different. Let’s start with the positives. It is reinforced where you would have a lot of tension and wear on the boat cover. I like the fact that it has the straps to help keep water from pooling in the cover when it rains. As for the cons, I’m not all that crazy about the stitching. Being the 900D you then start to worry about stitching failing you. I mean what’s the point of having a good quality fabric if the stitching fails long before the fabric? I’m also not a fan of the quality of the straps and buckles. They seem a little cheap to me. I would honestly pay the extra $20 and get one that is a little better quality.
