It is a little smaller than I had expected, but my baby girl loves it! It is easy for her to hold so she can chew on it and the surface area is big enough that she can go to town. The spinner is something she enjoyes, but once she gets teeth it might be a bit too easy to bite through. It has all his favorite features: * something he can safely put in his mouth that has a few different textures * something he can spin. he LOVES things that spin, and he can have it in his mouth and spin it at the same time, which he thinks is pretty cool. both the beads and the paddle thing spin. * the beads make a clicking noise when he shakes it (it's not very loud - probably a little quieter than a pen clicking - but he still enjoys the noise) At this price, it's definitely worth a try to see if your child likes it, too. ... show more
