Works as intended and I haven't had any sealing issues. I just tightened the bolts with hand tools and it has held up well for 4 months now and is miles better than the factory one. Leds are bright but make sure you turn off the switch on the back and make sure if you dont want it to pulse.

This did the trick to resolve the leaky rear 3rd brake light that was letting a substantial amount of water inside the housing and then on to the headliner. Works perfectly now.

Physically does not fit on 2015 Sierra 1500. It does not have the top two retaining clips like the OEM one so it will not sit flush against the body. This will leak if not sealed with silicone all the way around the assembly. Secondly, the bolt holes in the assembly do not line up directly with the bolt holes on the body, the bolts will go in at a slight angle, which for me broke one of the nuts that holds the bolt to the body. This worked great on my 2016 Chevy Silverado. I had water in my OEM one. I decided to buy this on a limb. When I got it I noticed a switch and was confused.
