I was told by my doctor to start a fishoil regiment to see if it would help my cholesterol levels. These capsules are quite big, but are easy to swallow and I havent noticed much of a fishy after taste. However, these did cause quite the rumblies in my tummy. I tried to stay on them for a week to see if things would normalize, but the cramping did not go away. So while I personally did not have success with them, they are great quality, low odor, and easy to swallow. Just be prepared that fish oil can cause stomach irritation. P.s. if you have stomach cramps/irritation using fish oil, switch to Krill Oil/Arctic or Antarctic Krill Oil. I have never had any stomach issues using Krill Oil, however....oooooo dey be STANKY! ... show more

Pretty standard omega 3 supplements, they have no odor and swallow easily. I cannot verify the quality of the supplements and/or if their nutrition facts are accurate but NOW appears to be pretty legit.

This is my first time buying/trying fish oil supplements. I read great reviews on this brand and gave it a try. I'm only one week in so I can't really vouch for the full effects but I can for quality, freshness, and taste. When I received them they were room temp so they did have sort of "smell" but it wasn't overpowering or foul. It smelled normal to me. I did read several comments of people saying to put them in the freezer to help aid in digestion without "fishy burps" but I took my first dose while still at room temp and had none of that. I did put them in my fridge though to keep them fresh longer. I don't know if it's required but for my peace of mind I decided to. Like I said I am only one week in and im only taking 2 in the A.M. to get my body used to them, and then I will start the other 2 in the P.M. as well. So far I have had zero negative effects, no weird taste or burps, no foul gas or upset stomach. I don't know if it's supposed to do this but I do feel like it slightly raises my body temp for a bit which I do weirdly enjoy bc I feel like with that it also gives me a bit of energy. I do feel less bloated and gassy, and have a bit more brain clarity. It also seems like it helps me feel less anxiety and brings my mood up. With or without them being cold I didn't get any nasty taste. Easy to swallow even though they are a larger supplement. So far i am very satisfied and will continue. ... show more
