You can’t beat this ingredient list and benefits but the loose consistency does make it more difficult to use and stay on while shaving. If you like low cent or unscented products you won’t care about the smell.

I absolutely love the scent: it's soft and fresh, and reminds me of Origin's "A Perfect World" line. The cream is very smooth on your skin, but a bit runny. It's easy to put a thin coat on your legs, but better to do when the water isn't running because it will easily wash off. Unfortunately, I stopped using this cream because it always clogged up my safety razor. Usually I can just rinse my razor and blade, but while using this shave cream, I always had to brush down the safety razor after each use. This product may not bother people that use disposable razors, but it increased my time in the bathroom because of how it stuck to my razor. ... show more

This shaving cream was okay. It's hard to describe the consistency. It's not a thick cream at all, and while it doesn't really feel oily, it reminds me of products I've used in the past called "oil creams". It provides a good amount of slip for shaving. If you are looking for something that really lathers into a nice foam, this is not it. However, if you are accustomed to shaving with products that are more of a non-lathering lotion and that go on clear (or nearly clear), then you'll probably be okay with the consistency. What you probably won't like is the aroma. I wouldn't say it is bad, but I definitely would not have chosen this scent profile. I believe the problem is calendula, which can be a very divisive scent. To make matters worse, it seems they tried to mask it with a citrus-y orange scent that reminds me of cough syrup. While it is not completely off-putting and while I also admire their attempt to keep this product kind of "natural," I wouldn't buy this again. I would probably use it if I got it as a gift or at a massive price-cut, but with plenty of other options on the market, I'll be using something else. ... show more

I think this is a nice product. I wish it lathered better. It's a bit thin and slimey so it can be hard to rub in. Overall though, I like that it's nontoxic and has a light orange scent.
