I’ve previously purchased this item and what I received yesterday was lower quality. I was noticing my current neck rest shifting around a bit, so I wanted to purchase a new one to see if it clung to the shape of the shampoo bowl better. Unfortunately it was worse! You can see the image with two neck rests - the bottom is the newer one. The stitching is odd and the cushion is not the same! :( ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Junk. Won’t stay on bowl. Slides off/pops off. See video. Returning, but it seems to be a problem with any brand now that looks like this. Bought one about a year ago for one shampoo bowl that is great. Decided to buy another one for the other identical shampoo bowl/unit and even buying the “same one” from the same company as the first one seems to be a quality issue.
