These Ballons are huge, i guess 40” is over 3ft (lol)! And while I didn’t measure them, no doubt they run around that size. Makes for even more of a super neat surprise. For someone who’s never worked at “Party City” and has no experience how to fill them, it took a moment to get what to do but we figured it out. To make them float, helium is best, but regular air expands them too, just not as much and as long - personal choice and depends on availability of helium and wallet! I liked the tip to use a larger softdrink straw instead of the provided one to blow them up, little easier to handle. Not having any other comparison, they seem to be well made and a great price! Can recommend. 4 STARS. -> (*RATE SCALE*: 5=perfect; 4=minor imperfections; 3=on fence; not sure if I’d buy again; 2= too many problems; 1= shouldn’t be sold or is dangerous).

We used this 40 inch balloon for my daughters 2nd Birthday. It is very large and looks nice. It was easy to inflate with just the straw and by mouth which is what we used instead of Helium. It is a cute party decoration!

This is a good deal for 2 really large balloons. It came with a straw to inflate them. It wasn't too hard to blow them up. What was disappointing though was that they wouldn't stay fully inflated. They didn't completely lose all their air though, but enough to look squishy. It could be a fluke. Or it could be the specific number. Idk.

These balloons were huge and made a big statement at my son's 16th birthday party. The gold is shiny and stands out even from afar. They were also easy to inflate. They came with a straw for inflation and some ribbon to hang them with. They looked great even without helium.

We used this for a birthday party and it held up really well. We inflated it with air and used double stick tape to secure it to a balloon arch and it was fantastic. The balloon arch was made the day prior to the party and this balloon didn't show any signs of leakage until 2 days after the party.
