Wow! I am sooo disappointed in the customer service from this manufacturer. We’ve had this for about 1.5 years and the warming bulb finally crapped out. It’s just a standard appliance bulb. No big deal right? Well when I tried it unscrew it the thing shattered. Not all that uncommon. The casing would not budge. As I was twisting i heard a crack. Rather than cause more damage I took the top of the entire unit off and was able to wiggle the wires loose to see why I couldn’t unscrew a simple bulb socket. The reason? The base of the bulb had been glued into the casing. Why? Why on earth would that be done? The ceramic case had cracked so now I can’t use the warming bulb. I contacted customer service who conveniently fell back on the out of warranty excuse and I could buy another one for $25. They just said I was the one that broke it so nothing they can do. Guess I’ll be fixing it myself with a $5 part from Lowe’s. The machine produces chewy popcorn anyway. If you value quality control avoid this product. Oh, and I wasn’t paid for this review and bought the popcorn maker with my own money. ... show more

Works well entire office enjoys it! hopper could be deeper the popped corn brings out a lot of un-popped kernels, but it does have a catch tray for them, and it could be related to the corn I have not the popper. 7/2018 sadly it stopped working, the pot no longer heats up and it was not used maybe four times about 5 batches. Item came rusted and scratched brand new right out of the box. Contacted manufacturer, they got back to me and said i had to return it. All i wanted was replacement parts and they said no. I would not hold out for any manufacturer warranty help down the road with this product.

This thing makes great popcorn. I highly recommend it. My machine had one major flaw, however. One of the gears that turns the popcorn cooking pot came off during shipment. I found the gear, but I was unable to find whatever piece holds the gear on the drive shaft. I used a piece of metal wire to hold the gear on for now. Seems to work ok for now. I wish the instructions showed a parts schematic or a listing of replacement parts so that I could order the piece that holds the gear on to the drive shaft. I highly recommend you also purchase the Great Northern Popcorn, 6-Ounce Portion Packs go use with this popcorn machine. They make AWESOME tasting popcorn and are so convenient and easy to use.
