This pair is a repeat order of a pair I bought a few years ago. The old ones had some design flaws (eyelets were poorly designed and placed too high on the boot. And one popped off when tightening laces). Nortiv sent me another pair with an apology and said they were going to redesign the eyelets. I used both of these first generation boots on my farm despite the eyelet issues becase they were comfortable and had good traction. They started out waterproof but came "water resistance" within a few months. Surprisingly the glue they used to attach the sole to the upper never failed after heavy use and frequent wetting and drying - a common problem I'v had with boots from Columbia, Keen, Hi-Tec. In summary, they performed well enough to try these.. version 2.0. My first impression is that they lookwell made and the eyelets have indeed been redesigned. They are comfortable and the size seems accurate based on my normal size (Men's USA 11). I have high expectations for these reasonably priced boots!

Bought 2 pairs of these and they are better than expected. Fit is excellent and seem to be very well made. Very comfortable, would highly recommend.
