First things first in my years in The Department of Corrections, this is by far the most comfortable boot that I've ever worn ! Right out of the box they are extremely comfortable. The soles are like walking on sponges, they need no break in & they are cooler than other boots that I have worn. I have worn Bates boots, Rocky boots, Under Armour boots, 511 boots, & Thorogood boots which are very good boots but none as comfortable as these Nortiv 8 boots. I will wear these as long as they are available. As an added bonus they are very reasonably priced. I have purchased multiple pairs. I am so impressed with these boots that I have told other coworkers about them & 8 others at work have purchased them !! Great job Nortiv 8 !!

I normally don't wear anything but Skechers brand shoes but I needed some waterproof black boot types and I couldn't find anything I was satisfied with in their lineup. Decided to try these out because they checked all the boxes. They fit my wide feet comfortably and seem durable. The zippers don't feel cheap, haven't broken, and zip easily. I find them to be very comfortable for my feet but I know that's highly subjective. If you like the Skechers-esque fit then you might find these a good substitute too. I tried ordering another pair from this brand but didn't have quite the same experience with them so I'm not sure if the same can be said for all shoes but this boot in particular works very well for me.

I have 3 pairs in different colors but there is a small design flaw near the vamp on the side where it creases. See images. This is not something I dont care about after so much use. But for next purchases i will have in mind

Bought these for my bf who is a butcher and is on his feet & lifting heavy stuff all day. He keeps going on and on about how awesome these are! He has flat feet that hurt a lot, but his feet haven’t been hurting at all with these. He said, “I lifted 100lbs of meat, and I felt it just in my arms. Normally my feet would be on fire (with his old boots)” I recommend these 100%! It’s crazy to see his mood change so drastically to come home feeling as good as he does!

Excellent boots for someone who has to do a lot of walking, from the grip to the clearance off the ground (if you hit a puddle of water you won't have wet feet unless its more than a couple inches deep) comfortable. well made, easy to gey off in a hurry with the side zipper... has held up well for months now... will need to vent (air out feet) on really hot/humid days when you are active (again, benefit of having a sturdy zipper)

Love these boots. I generally destroy boots in 3-4 months. Aging contractor in need of a light weight boot. Most don't hold up well even the $200+ dollar ones these are still going strong 6 months in. Super breathable but don't expect any waterproof what so ever. The zipper is amazing feature lace them up tight af once and slide in and zipper for those mornings your running late save 5 minutes lacing boots

They are just ok, they are basically plastic so really stiff and the zipper is basically useless to get the boots on quickly just no room. I would not recommend honestly spend a little more, boots are so important and they should fit well and snug and these just don't for me.
