  • Top-notch Waterproof Hiking Boots
Size: 8 Color: Black
The Men's Hiking Boots Waterproof Mid Ankle Trekking Outdoor Boots have exceeded all expectations. Design and Durability: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) The first thing that caught my eye was the sleek design and the use of high-quality leather. These boots not only look rugged and ready for the trail, but they also feel incredibly durable. The reinforced mid-ankle support provides excellent stability on uneven terrain, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit. Waterproof Excellence: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) True to its name, these boots boast exceptional waterproofing capabilities. I've faced everything from unexpected rain showers to traversing through shallow streams, and my feet have remained completely dry. The waterproof membrane does its job without compromising breathability, keeping my feet comfortable even during longer hikes. Traction and Grip: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) The outsole of these boots is a game-changer. The deep lugs provide outstanding traction on various surfaces, be it muddy trails, rocky paths, or slippery slopes. I feel confident in every step, knowing that these boots will keep me grounded even in challenging conditions. Comfort for the Long Haul: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) Hiking can be demanding on the feet, but these boots have been engineered with comfort in mind. The cushioned insole and padded collar offer excellent support, reducing fatigue even during extended treks. The boots also have a roomy toe box, allowing for natural movement and preventing discomfort on descents. Versatility: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) Whether I'm conquering a mountain trail or simply exploring a local park, these boots prove to be versatile companions. The combination of durability, waterproofing, and comfort makes them suitable for various outdoor activities, from hiking and trekking to camping and beyond. If you're in the market for a reliable pair of hiking boots that can handle whatever the trail throws at you, look no further. These boots are a testament to quality craftsmanship and a must-have for any outdoor enthusiast. ... show more

  • Runs Big - Comfortable Boot
Size: 10 Color: Black
The boot sizing is unfortunately off by about 0.5, so order half a size smaller than your usual size. I have about a thumbs width, or half inch, extra room in the toe box. Despite that I found these to be sturdy and quality boots, I wore them in a blizzard in the mountains of Colorado and did not slip, nor get cold feet (albeit with wool socks). They seem well made with thick laces, and the hitch to lock your ankle on the lacing is a nice feature. I had them on for several hours in a variety of terrain and didn't get sore feet, they were quite comfortable overall and I wear work boots daily. Overall I would recommend these boots in this price range. Although be sure to order half size smaller than you need. ... show more

  • Perfect For Long Walks with the Dog
Size: 11 Color: Dark Brown
I take my dog for a 6-7 mile walk every Saturday; it helps us both burn off the crazy, haha. As the weather gets colder and wetter (and more muddy along the trails I take), I was looking for a good boot that wouldn't make my feet or ankles hurt and be up to the task for a bit of mud or snow when needed. For me these boots did not require a break-in period. I've been using them regularly for the past month, and no blisters or hot spots from even the first use. When I first put them on with a pair of athletic socks they felt a bit big for the size, but then I put on a pair of thicker 'hiking' socks, and they felt like they fit as they should. I haven't had to trudge through significant mud or snow (yet) so can't really speak to their water resistance, but will probably put on some leather waterproofing spray in the next couple of weeks as a preventative measure. In all I'm happy with them. I haven't used them for strenuous mountain hiking or slogging for days on end through the back country, so I can't (yet) speak to how they'll last long term. But after a good 25-30 miles or so they have worked great and kept my feet happy. I expect them to continue to do so. ... show more

  • Sturdy and good fit
Size: 10.5 Color: Dark Brown
My feet feel secure and supported in these boots, and I feel ready to take on the hiking trails. The only issue is that there is a slight pressure on the top of my foot, which I assume will decrease as it breaks in.

  • Really nice boots!
Size: 10 Color: Black
I'm a painter and don't need steel toe boots. I had been wearing pair of Georgia boots for the last few years but they finally reached the point that I couldn't glue them back together anymore. The store I had bought them at went out of business so I looked for them online. I couldn't find the same ones but a similar pair were almost double what I had paid for them. These came up in my feed and I thought they looked similar and were about a third the price. I figured why not give them a shot. On first inspection they seem really well made. I tried them on and though they fit they seemed much narrower. I wore them today and they were quite comfortable but I definitely won't be able to use my thick winter socks with them. I suppose that being hiking boots rather than work boots they're made to fit that way. Had I known I might have ordered a half size larger. I don't know how they will stand up to climbing ladders and scaling roofs to paint dormers but if they last half as long as my last boots they will be worth the price. If they start coming apart prematurely I'll update the review but as it stands I think they are really nice boots. They really look good too and I almost don't want to use them for work. ... show more
