NIVEA is one of those brands that has stood the test of time for a reason. It feels like everyone has a memory of seeing a bottle of NIVEA somewhere in their home growing up, and after using this cocoa butter lotion, it is easy to understand why the brand remains so popular. When it comes to dependable hydration, NIVEA knows what they are doing. The first thing I noticed was the scent. Cocoa butter is a classic fragrance for a reason. It has a warm, clean, comforting smell that feels rich without being overpowering. On its own, the scent is pleasant and long-lasting, but I especially enjoy layering it with a cocoa butter and vanilla body oil after showering. The combination smells fantastic and lasts throughout the day, which is a nice bonus on top of the moisturizing benefits. As for performance, this lotion does an excellent job of keeping dry skin hydrated. I typically apply it immediately after showering, and it leaves my skin feeling soft, smooth, and moisturized for hours. The formula strikes a nice balance between being nourishing and lightweight. The cocoa butter body lotion from Nivea is very moisturizing it's got a pleasant scent I love the size of the bottle and it's pumped action makes it easy to apply it doesn't have unnecessary dies or anything and it's appearance it's an excellent value for the money, it does not cause me any skinny irritation and I'm allergic to almost everything so that's pleasing and another thing is it's soaks into the skin and it's not sticky one thing I can't stand is when you get lotion and all it does is sit at the top and doesn't soak in and it's just sticky. So there you got it Nivea cocoa butter body lotion is a good choice for those who just want to get away from the dry skin it says it lasts for 72 hours but I find I reapply it several times a day but everybody is different. ... show more
