Very delicious, especially after some light sprucing up, the green peas however have an awful texture and tastes similar to sand but all the other veggies are great. However expensive for the small amount given.

Easy snack for sport days. The kids like these and it makes me feel better that they are getting some nutrition in while we run around to sport events or practices. They say the flavor and texture is great. More filling than the usual cup of noodles because of the protein. Fills them up more than a normal cup of noodles, making it a good value. Normal portion size. Can put into a bowl with a boiled egg and some freeze dried or fresh veggies (we like enoki mushrooms, shredded carrot, and green onion plus black sesame seeds) to round it out as a more substantial meal. ... show more

The chicken and spicy chicken have an “off” flavor but I’m assuming it’s from whatever gives it the high protein content. Overall, it’s okay but lacks the rich, salty quality of the average chicken broth.

Obviously high salt but got for emergency meals and also for if sick. Good if dehydrated. Taste pretty good. Hardly any veges mostly noodles. Can eat out of containers. Also good for dorms. Probably very unhealthy so not for everyday. Cups are pretty filled up one per meal fills you up. Great for what I wanted. Small thin noodles. Bland color. Smells good. The fact they are 16G of protein along with only like 350 calories per cup is amazing! They taste like regular cup noodles, just a tad bit more thicker due to the protein content, but the taste is amazing! Warning though for those that watch their sodium intake, this will hit your daily limit with one cup so if sodium is a big concern, drink water and do cardio to remove the excess sodium. ... show more
