I would have given this 5 stars but it appears that China doesn't have any quality control, because the seam in the hem was not sewn and missing in about 8"-10" on the back side. It is super cute and fit perfect, not too formal fitting. Other than the lack of sticking it was nice. If I'd seen this in a department store here in the states, I would have brought it to their attention, looked for one properly sewn, or asked for a discount since it was flawed.
