The material is breathable and comfortable so it can definitely be used for working out but you probably won't want to. This item works well for taller women because of the two piece nature because the top and bottom are independent of each other. This also allows for mixing and matching of these pieces to achieve different styles.

Love this set! I originally got it in a short set and fell in love so happy when i came across the pants set. it is stretchy, true black. it looks just as pictured and the fabric is actually soft and polyester like. I ordered another set that used these photos but ended up being cotton material, not as advertised, but this one actually is. Happy with it. I am 5'2'' 130 34G and medium was just right for me! I will say the short set on i have, i washed it and the elastic band started to wear at the seams after one wash so i imagine that may happen with this one but not sure yet.

Very comfortable jogging set. Fits a little big on me. You might have to size down. Nice material. Not too thick not too thin. Feels warm and cozy. Great value. I love the blue color. Received many compliments!!
