The mats feel durable, and for the passenger and rear seats, the fit is good. However, the driver's floor mat is NOT a custom fit; there is a noticeable gap near the foot rest where debris (leaves, rocks, snow, etc.) can fall underneath. This floor mat might be a good fit for a different year of Ford Fusion, but not 2013. The reason I gave 1 star is because of the poor customer service. I reached out to tell them of my issue, but it has been over a week, and no reply. I was hoping there was just a mix up at the factory, and that they would send me the correct driver's floor mat. Their UN-responsiveness is unprofessional, and I'm thinking of returning the mats and going with a different brand. ... show more
