This was the easiest thing Ive ever replaced. It functions exactly like OEM, it seems to be pretty durable as it feels as good as the OEM one did, Looks just like OEM, the lights on it work like OEM, It's a perfect replacement for the OEM one in my opinion. To replace the OEM one just use the orange spudger thing to pop the original out. it takes almost no effort. Unplug the single plug it has and plug it into the new one and then push the new one in. Fits fine in 2010 Dodge Ram and exactly replaces functionality of original OEM one. Lights for switches are a good brightness (not too dim or too bright). Replacing the original was super easy with the included tool. Literally only took 2-3 minutes. Price is much lower than OEM ones and huge savings doing it yourself instead of paying mechanics hourly wage. Overall I'd recommend this if your old controller switches break. ... show more
