These are sturdy, have pockets in the front, perforated pages. I use them daily, refer to them as 'my brain." I love these notebooks. I use them for shopping lists, leaving notes for family, taking on trips for kids to write and draw in the car. The size is perfect, and the books are very sturdy. The wire spines don’t get all twisted and messed up like most do. The perfect size notebook for me. I use it for journaling while on long trips. Fits well in my briefcase and backpack, folds all the way over with the spiral binding. Lined just right for writing and getting a lot on the page. Front cover is plastic and the back cover is thick cardboard. I've been using these on various overseas trips for a couple years now and have had no problem with them whatsoever. Size is perfect for what I need.
