Purchased: 11-25-2018 This light puts out a tremendous amount of light, but it has a flaw, it puts out a lot of RF interference as well. I put these lights on my truck when I was traveling to a remote part of the state where there were no street lights. They were very bright and lit up the road very well, the light output is roughly 180 degrees (obviously you can't get a full 180 degrees but it is close). I also have a VHF two-way radio in my vehicle when traveling to listen to weather reports from the NOAA weather stations. When the lights are off, the weather reports come in no problem but when the lights turn on, it's like a bunch of gremlins are running around wrecking havoc on my radio and I can't hear anything. Now I do understand it's the same weather report over and over again, but it also happens when I'm talking to someone else. That's why I give it only 3 stars. The output is amazing, but it should not be used for on-road driving because it's not a downward focused beam, it's just out in all forward directions. Update: 2/21/2022 The lights have water in them now. They lasted 3 years. Will I purchase another light? Absolutely, I can justify $45 every 3 years for lights vs spending $300 - $400 that I might get a longer life out of them. I could get 10 sets at $45 to last me the next 30 years. ... show more

I would recommend these lights as good work lights. I installed them and tested that night. They did light up a good area beside my truck which is what I was looking for. I would not use this as driving light because the light does not shine out a long distance. Overall the bar itself looks very well made. The only thing I did not like was the individual wires. The insulation was too soft for my liking but both are in one thicker insulation. The wires coming off the bar are a good length which lets you hide the connection to the rest of the wiring. If these hold up I will be buying a another set to finish my truck. ... show more

Bought these for additional lighting on a tractor. These are great for this. It's very bright for about 60'. They are not good for long distance but for stationery work or slow speed vehicles they're great! Plus if a tree limb breaks one It's $30 for 2 more.

Oh holy daylights! These bad boys are extremely bright! However there is way more flood light the spot light! The flood light does basically a 180 degree pattern making these useless in fog or rain or anything thing other then a clear night and the quality is definitely the cheapest they could build all in all they are worth the asking price ... show more
