Update: Our son is now 19 months old - he's quite a big boy (already over 3 ft) and a real wriggler even when sleeping but the crib affords him plenty of space and is holding up well. Still love the appearance of the crib (we have the natural wood) and find the changing table and drawers / shelves very useful. It's a shame that some people still seem to be receiving incomplete / damaged orders because for us this was a great buy and excellent value for money. Next step will be to see how the transition to toddler bed goes but we're still a way off being ready for that. Original: I did a lot of research before deciding which crib to buy - this one looked so beautiful and practical but I was concerned by some of the earlier reviews referring to parts not arriving, holes not lining up etc. I decided to trust my instinct and also the fact that the most recent reviews were very favourable - so glad I did! The quality is excellent, especially considering the price. We are pushed for space so this is our only real piece of nursery furniture. To have the changing table, drawers and shelves as part of the package is so useful and I'm sure we will find the fact that it converts to a toddler bed very handy in the future. All of the parts arrived on time and together. We had no problems with assembly (a couple of minor 'scratch your head moments but nothing compared to other flat pack furniture we've had in the past). All holes lined up just fine. There were a few extremely minor scuffs on the wood but nothing on any really visible parts once the thing is assembled. It took my husband and I (currently 7 months pregnant so not as mobile as usual) a little under 2 1/2 hours to put together and neither of us is particularly DIY savvy. If 1/2 stars were possible, I'd probably have given this product 4 1/2, due to the minor scuffing I mentioned and a couple of slightly tricky moments when assembling. But, as 1/2 stars aren't possible, I felt it fairer to round up rather than down in this case. Not sure if we were just lucky or whether the glitches mentioned in earlier reviews have been addressed across the board. Either way, I couldn't be happier with this lovely, sturdy crib and feel it represents great value for money. Looking forward to getting our baby in it! ... show more

Main trouble was the instructions. They'd have a picture of what you'd need to do, but the written instructions would not have all of it written down, so it became confusing what all needed to be done in each step. I was paranoid that I didn't get all of my parts, but the two boxes it comes in are just very compact. The packaging was a little beat up, but none of my parts were scratched or damaged. The screws go in easy, but I would recommend having another person with you when putting it together. This crib does NOT come with a mattress, so you'll have to buy one yourself. The crib is a couple inches wider than depicted in the dimensions, but it still fit where I wanted it to. The changing table is a little narrower than I thought, and if you're OCD, I would not recommend getting this crib because the drawers in the changing table are not perfectly square or line up horizontally. Besides this, the crib looks great, and the shape is very nice. The paint is well done and it looks like a higher end crib besides the noticeable screws. ... show more

It states that it's a 5 in one, but it's a 2 in 1. To convert it to a toddler bed the instructions tell you to buy additional parts from their website. As expensive as it is they could've included those parts. The instructions are unclear and sometimes straight up wrong, and the hex wrench used to assemble it can't fully tighten the bolts. The tips of the head wore off before I could finish assembling it, but using my tools I was able to get it tightened up. I would never buy anything from them again.
