I really like these shorts a lot! They’re very comfortable to run in and surprisingly the band didn’t roll like most shorts with this type of band. I only ran in these and didn’t do a full body workout with bending and lots of movement so I can’t say for sure if the band will roll or move , if so it’s fine and I’ll just wear for my run days, which is why I personally bought these anyway. I do suggest the thigh friction stick with this length tho, I am happy I applied it already knowing my thighs would surely be rubbing with this style of shorts.
