I really like these shorts a lot! They’re very comfortable to run in and surprisingly the band didn’t roll like most shorts with this type of band. I only ran in these and didn’t do a full body workout with bending and lots of movement so I can’t say for sure if the band will roll or move , if so it’s fine and I’ll just wear for my run days, which is why I personally bought these anyway. I do suggest the thigh friction stick with this length tho, I am happy I applied it already knowing my thighs would surely be rubbing with this style of shorts. My daughter absolutely loves these shorts. They are great for every day wear especially for sports. They do run a little bit tight so I do suggest buying a size up.
