Description

The Nike Free Metcon 4 shoes are designed for women and are a versatile cross- training shoe suitable for a range of workouts. The upper is made from lightweight, breathable mesh with a durable synthetic overlay for support and stability. The shoes feature Nike's Free technology in the sole, which allows for a flexible, natural range of motion. The outsole is made from a sticky rubber compound for improved traction during exercises such as rope climbs and sled pushes. The shoe also has a flexible forefoot and a flat, wide heel for stability during lifts. The Flywire cables integrate with the laces for a secure, personalized fit, and the shoe is finished with the iconic Nike swoosh logo on the side.

I was nervous to order these because of the reviews I’ve read regarding the shoes running small. I normally wear 8.5 in Nike shoes but for these I orders a size 9 and they fit great! Size up and you’ll be just fine the shoes are perfect for the gym.
