Definitely size up. I'm normally a 10 and went with a 10 1/2, an 11 probably would've worked too. After wearing them twice they now feel fine and no discomfort anywhere. They're light weight and have good grip so far.

I ordered a size 11 and I am size 10.5 people were saying size up 1 size. I had to buy a shoe filler to get them to fit properly. I am sending back the shoe filler didn't help my heel was still sliding up and down and also the right side kept rubbing my ankle. I only wore twice but inside my home. I am sending back not because I don't like them they are a sharp looking shoe just didn't fit. I did give a 4 because of how the sneaker looks. Now a 3 because it would only hurt my feet.
