The forefoot feels generously padded, making it comfortable for longer workouts or standing around between sets. • Value for Money: This is a big upgrade over the Alpha Trainer 5 (which got some harsh feedback). At this price point, it’s a solid entry-level gym shoe for beginners or intermediate lifters who want Nike’s Air Max style without spending on premium models like Metcons. • Durability and Grip: The outsole has a herringbone pattern in the forefoot for good traction on gym floors, and the rubber holds up well so far—no excessive wear after regular use. • Style: Classic Nike look with the visible Air unit; it comes in plenty of colorways and looks sharp both in and out of the gym.

If you are looking for a good gym shoe and I mean weightlifting this is a Great shoe, it's a bit firm for running but the firm flat base I really like in the gym it's also not a trail running shoe which is also good for the gym as it doesn't track huge clumps of mud with you,... True to size it was comfortable from the first time I put it on no rubbing no chafing,... It's a good looking shoe,.. I'm really happy with it!

Bought these shoes to use at the gym and I love them! The arch of my foot is higher so I didn't buy insoles to help with that, but they are very comfortable, light weight, and breathable! Shoes are very true to size.
