Nike Free RN 5.0 2021 is the most recent leap forward in the evolution of the free model. Safe lacing is combined with the seamless design for a tight fit. The sole, lighter and closer to the ground, has a new motif with flexion carvings and a modified midsole that offers greater cunning without sacrificing the natural movement of the foot. The new lacing system offers foot stability during the race. The non -elastic material over the whole upper keeps the foot firm in position, while 3 pods in foam in the heel help to feel a greater adherence. The foam in the grove is more rigid, to increase sensitivity than the soil, guaranteeing you sufficient amortization to continue going, kilometer after kilometer. The holes favor the natural movement of the foot, while the double -edged areas at the ends increase their flexibility.

I have not been able to find a more comfortable shoes for women. I tried one on in a store and had to have them. Unfortunately, the store couldn't find the other one, so I bought them here. LOVE THEM. I like a wider width, it feels like I'm walking on air pillows. I have neuropathy in my feet and am in pain most days. These shoes make it so much more bearable to walk . This shoe immediately felt different from others, in a really great way. Almost feels like I’m barefoot. This is fantastic, but I think I may have developed plantar fasciitis due to the shoes. Would buy again though.

I should have believed the reviews. These definitely run small. Do yourself a favor and buy at least a half size up. Regardless, they are extremely comfortable otherwise.

I have tried several Nike and Addidas running shoes over the past few years and I have not loved any of them. The Free Run 2 is decent, but not much cushion. The Revolution 5 is decent but a little heavy. The React Miler 2 is too narrow. The Ultraboost 22 is heavy and has terrible heel support. This Free Run 5.0 is perfect, so I bought three pairs. FYI, I am slightly flatfooted and have a slightly wide foot. The heel support is awesome. Shoe is very light and has just enough cushion. Laces are thin and stay tied. Only issue is I suspect these won't be the most durable because the materials are lighter, but only time will tell. ... show more
