These make a huge difference for squatting movements. I was using rubber wedges to elevate my heels which makes it a bit awkward when getting into place for squats. These really help with ankle mobility and my feet feel glued to the floor. I have normal width feet and they are snug so wide feet may be an issue. I normally wear a size 11 and most reviews said to size up and I am glad I went to 11.5 because the fit was perfect but still snug which is what you want foe support. These were not easy to find, I had recently been searching for a pair of the Romaleos 4s for quite some time. My Romaleos 3 are a bit long in the tooth as I have had them since '17 or so. I was pleased to find them here and they actually arrived 5 days earlier than listed. The fit is a bit snug at first but the 3s were at first and they are just fine. Excellent shoes for weight training Not just for leg days. I've noticed that I can lift heavier weights when I wear these shoes. I can balance myself very well when I wear these shoes. Love them!

Just leaving this to say, I followed the advice of the reviews that said these run very, very small. I wear a women’s 8.5 usually, sometimes 9. Nikes in general are narrow and snug on me, even in a 9. For these, I ordered a full size up - an 8 in men’s - the equivalent of a 10 in women’s.
