I’ve been using the Nike Run Swift 3 for a while now, mostly for short runs, walking, and general daily wear, and I think it’s a pretty straightforward shoe with a clear purpose. It’s not trying to compete with premium running shoes, and honestly, that works in its favor. First thing I noticed was how lightweight it feels. It doesn’t have that bulky, over-engineered feel that some running shoes have now. The upper is breathable enough for warm weather, which matters a lot if you’re in a hot, humid place like Florida or anywhere similar. I’ve worn these on long walks and casual jogs, and my feet didn’t feel overly sweaty or suffocated. Comfort-wise, it’s decent, but not amazing. The cushioning is there, but it’s on the firmer side. If you’re used to plush, soft midsoles, this might feel a bit basic. That said, for short runs (3–5 miles) or everyday use, it does the job without issues. I picked up the Nike Run Swift 3 as a lighter daily trainer after putting a lot of miles on shoes like the Brooks Ghost and Nike Free Run. After several runs, these have turned out to be a really solid everyday option. The first thing I noticed was how lightweight they feel compared to most cushioned trainers. They have enough cushioning for normal runs but still feel flexible enough for gym workouts or shorter, faster runs. The mesh upper breathes well and doesn’t trap heat, which makes a difference on longer runs. The fit is true to size for me and the heel feels secure without slipping. Traction on pavement and sidewalks has also been reliable even on slightly wet surfaces. I have been buying Nike Run Swift 3 for several years, if you have a wider toe box and want a comfortable shoe this is the one for you. I do not need a wide sneaker only a wide toe box in this fits the bill perfectly. I row in them daily and easily walk 10-15K steps, i usually get 4 months from a pair if i wear them daily, 6+ months if i have 2 colors going at once.

I saw these online and immediately liked the white on black design. It reminded me of shoes from the 80s and 90s, before all those weird colors and designs started catching on. I looked at the price and decided these were a good deal. Of course, buying footwear without trying it on first is a gamble because sizes and widths can vary so much. I rolled the dice on 11.5 standard width. The shoes arrived quickly and were packaged exactly as they would be from a brick-and-mortar store. Initial inspection revealed the product perfectly matched the advertisement, so the only thing left to do was slip them on. The fit is nearly perfect. The shoes comfortably hold my foot in place with just enough room at the toe to alleviate my claustrophobic toes. Walking around in them gives just a slight bounce in the step, but probably less than the Air products. The fit and movement during my rowing workout is excellent. The sole doesn't have an aggressive tread so slick surfaces could be tricky. These shoes are not warm. Wearing them in cold weather--such as what we have had this week--makes for some chilly feet. This isn't a problem for me necessarily, but it might be of importance to others. The only other negative is that the strings are short. This is a recurring problem with sneakers. Either the strings are so long that I have to double-knot them, or they are just barely long enough to tie them. I'm happy with the purchase. Normally, I don't buy big-name brand shoes, but this time I did. If you are looking for a great-looking pair of kicks for running, rowing, or just leisure wear, look no further than the Swift 3.

The shoe is good quality, but I just didn’t like the narrow sole. Made my left foot hurt so I ended up returning them and getting a wide size. Still didn’t help. Unfortunately these shoes don’t work for my feet.

I bought these shoes for my child but it arrived after another pair so I had to return it. However I decided to try it on and it’s literally the most comfortable shoes I’ve had in my life. It firs perfectly to size, I feel like I’m floating as I walk, the sole is thick but doesn’t look ungainly. I am so glad I decided to try it on. Would never have thought to try a men’s shoe. Also the color and accents are neutral and stylish. 10/10 shoe in all categories.
