Good shoes. Dont feel super durable if you plan on wearing them hard. They feel like they’d hold up fine to typical everyday use. They are comfortable and pretty good looking for the price. I’ve been using the Nike Run Swift 3 for a while now, mostly for short runs, walking, and general daily wear, and I think it’s a pretty straightforward shoe with a clear purpose. I picked up the Nike Run Swift 3 as a lighter daily trainer after putting a lot of miles on shoes like the Brooks Ghost and Nike Free Run. After several runs, these have turned out to be a really solid everyday option. The first thing I noticed was how lightweight they feel compared to most cushioned trainers. They have enough cushioning for normal runs but still feel flexible enough for gym workouts or shorter, faster runs. The mesh upper breathes well and doesn’t trap heat, which makes a difference on longer runs. The fit is true to size for me and the heel feels secure without slipping. Traction on pavement and sidewalks has also been reliable even on slightly wet surfaces.
