I purchased these Nike Men's Run Defy Road Running Shoes for my husband’s birthday. The mesh on the upper adds breathability, keeping his feet cooler during activity. The foam mid-sole provides a soft, comfortable ride, and the flex grooves create a cushioned effect while running. For reference, his normal size is 11.5, however I ordered a size 12 which made the fit roomy and perfect. He really likes the shoes and mentioned that they feel both breathable and comfortable. The waffle outer sole is made of durable, flexible material that supports movement, and the added rubber on the sole provides traction and longevity. They feel great on his feet and have made his runs and daily walks much more comfortable. My husband is meticulous about keeping his shoes clean. He utilizes a toothbrush along with Dawn Extra-Strength Foaming Power-Wash dish liquid to maintain/clean them. ... show more

Love these shoes They look great, and are very comfortable. So far I've worn them to work where I'm on my feet most of the day and some light walking 1-3mi without pain after afterwards, which is great for a new shoe. They do fit a little narrow but otherwise true to size.

Exceptional! I bought a Nike Air pair of shoes that honestly felt heavier when on a long run as the body fatigues. These are the opposite! I think I’ll buy foam only from now on since they are much lighter under foot and still support ya weight. Time will tell on the durability. I want to take them on the track. ... show more

These seem like a well-made, lower-price running shoe, but I’ve never had such weird sizing issues. 13s were too big and 12.5s were too small. Had I been able to use the shoes, I’d bet it would be a 5 star
