... after a couple days my left shoe began squeaking obnoxiously loud every step I took! I've inspected the sole every day since it started, but there is no obvious damage or objects that pierced through that's causing it. It's gotten very annoying, up to the point where I am consciously trying to walk on the side of my foot just to prevent it from making loud squeaking noises. I can't walk down a hallway without someone noticing that high pitch squeak. My purchase is still within the "return" window but am not sure they'd take it back since they've been used for a week now. In addition, I've already tossed out my previous pair of sneakers so I am stuck with this pair unless they send me a replacement first :/ I do not recommend this model.
