I loved these shoes until one of the bubbles popped in the heel. Nike says they stand behind their product, but only if it’s purchased from them. I pay for Amazon Prime for ease of buying and returning, but they told me to contact the seller. I’ve called and left message after message after message with the seller, GLENALLA GROUP CORP out of CASTLE ROCK COLORADO, run by GRIFFIN MYERS; after a week straight of daily phone calls, never speaking to anyone and leaving messages I have not been able to contact the seller. I circled back to Nike Corporate; they have nothing for me except “I’m so sorry,” and “I hope the seller gets back to you.” Amazon continues to give me the technical run around: they aren’t making customer service calls currently and the never very helpful chat bot, obviously, couldn’t help me. I need someone from GLENALLA GROUP CORP to contact me. In the meantime, BE AWARE THAT PURCHASING NIKE PRODUCTS FROM THIRD PARTY SELLERS VOIDS THE WARRANTY AND NIKE WILL NOT REPLACE OR REFUND YOU. These shoes are great, but they are cut small. Bought a pair for my wife and returned them. She had to get a full size larger (8.5 to 9.5). I usually fit a 10.5, but ordered an 11 and it's still a little snug. I'm still keeping them.
