This is the second pair of these shoes I have purchased in the last year. I bought them because they were very comfortable. The first pair, after a few months developed a hole in the inside heel and some piece of metal started protruding into the shoe, and then into my heel. I was able to return them for partial refund on an exchange for a new pair. After 5 months the same thing happened. There is some type of metal support in the heel and it is again protruding hitting my heel. Nike says it is out of warranty and there is nothing they can do!! Very frustrating!! ... show more
