These are very sturdy and stable shoes. Not very good to run in but good enough for a mile or two. They aren't very good as a work shoe. If you wear them for 10hrs a day you definitely know it.

These shoes fit very snug and work well for gym workouts. It's a bit close to the heel so I recommend going 1 size up possibly. I had trouble breaking them in, but they are great for running and working out with
