I’ve been using the Nike Men’s Air Max Alpha Trainer 6 for a couple of months now, primarily for gym sessions involving weightlifting, circuit training, and some light cardio. It feels grounded and secure—I never worried about tipping over during lateral movements or one-leg exercises. • Cushioning: The foam midsole combined with the heel Air Max cushioning absorbs impact well for moderate sessions. The forefoot feels generously padded, making it comfortable for longer workouts or standing around between sets. • Value for Money: This is a big upgrade over the Alpha Trainer 5 (which got some harsh feedback). At this price point, it’s a solid entry-level gym shoe for beginners or intermediate lifters who want Nike’s Air Max style without spending on premium models like Metcons. • Durability and Grip: The outsole has a herringbone pattern in the forefoot for good traction on gym floors, and the rubber holds up well so far—no excessive wear after regular use. • Style: Classic Nike look with the visible Air unit; it comes in plenty of colorways and looks sharp both in and out of the gym.

I love these sneakers; the fit is perfect, the comfort level is spot on, and they're stylish. The only thing to note is that they run small, so I ordered a half size bigger, which wasn't a problem.

This is an amazing training sneakers! I am usually a size 8 women’s but I always find that Nike sneakers fit me a bit closer so a half size up usually works. So, I got a men’s 7 and this fits PERFECTLY. I did my cardio and strength training workout in these shoes and my Metcons could never. Sure they’re men’s shoes but they fit well and are a quality pair of shoes. Definitely worth the money and you can definitely tell that these shoes were built for the gym. Snagged another pair 10/10 would recommend for the girls!

The shoes are great comfortable. I had a problem about two months after buying them. The inside Nike symbol started to peel when I got a hold of Amazon. They took care of it without any problems. It was past the return date, but they still took care of it so I’m very happy with this.

these look more awesome in person nice shoes plenty padding on ballbof foot for walking and has arch support, fit perfect i liked these so much i am a female had to have them im a regular 8 in women size ordered a 6.5 in mens size, they are light weight has a good stability plenty cushion for standing all day on feet it can be verstile for sure. I got these due to walking all day and standing on my feet too and hitting 10,000 steps per day i needed a padded shoe. Love these!!!

If you are looking for a good gym shoe and I mean weightlifting this is a Great shoe, it's a bit firm for running but the firm flat base I really like in the gym it's also not a trail running shoe which is also good for the gym as it doesn't track huge clumps of mud with you,... True to size it was comfortable from the first time I put it on no rubbing no chafing,... It's a good looking shoe,.. I'm really happy with it!
