I discovered that some items were missing. Typically, new Nike shoes come wrapped in paper to protect them. However, the shoes I received were not wrapped in any paper. Additionally, the LeBron 21 model is supposed to include a shoe keeper to prevent the shoes from losing their shape. I did not find this item inside the box. Due to the missing those items and the unusual packaging, I am questioning whether the product I received is truly new. ... show more

Shoes have visible marks, nothing crazy but I paid for brand new shoes. will be returning. Sidenote shoe materials will get dirty if you even scratch them.

Shoes were packaged good. They are pretty but look bulky. Bought for daughter to play volleyball in. First practice, she said they hurt the top of her feet. I think she just needs to break them in. They are a bit tight at the mid-foot. They hug the heel and arch, and are wide in the toe.
