During renovations of a vintage 1900 property figured out having a curtain snug the windows is the best way to curb the cold and up the R value. Or, help during extreme heat. Another epic use, the Jeep used for travel like an RV is equipped with these on three sides in the back. Reflectix for the front window and custom made for the half door windows. Not that bad for the price. I like the material. They are not heavy or textured like most of the room darkening curtains out there. They fit my window perfectly! They are cut a bit crooked, but, you don't really notice it unless you point it out. They work pretty good for darkening the room!

These are great material. Not cheap and thin feeling. They actually do block out the light as well. I bought them for our nursery and I was a little concerned they wouldn’t darken the room, but they do! And I didn’t have to iron or dry them to get wrinkles out!
