Not really sure to do. I get the black screen after every restart. Very disappointed. Update- after I was able to factory reset the PC everything seems to be working just fine.

Packaged really well, no broken items during shipping, lights were pretty and worked great, and it was not too loud while running. I only did some basic web browsing and it kept freezing and giving me the blue screen with error code. When pc was running in-between freezes, it was fast! The media could not be loaded. So far, this pc is really good, I am waiting for a monitor to arrive in two days, but in terms of actually turning on, it’s a big w. I would recommend this pc to anyone, especially with the components inside worth over the 700 dollar price tag I bought the pc for. Turning on the pc was simple, and it is very quiet when running, which is ideal when focusing on games. (Edit): I can’t even get it to load correctly into Windows and it keeps sending me back to beginning when I am about to finish. Received this computer right away. It’s huge. So ignore the folks claiming it’s tiny. After some initial issues where the courier seems to have dinged it around a bit and loosened some cables up, I was able to get the desktop up and running. The support team was able to get it back to me right away and get the issue resolved Two weeks later the computer died again. Will not power on at all. Support team never responded to me.
