I use it to wrap my index finger on my left hand when I play golf. It’s easy to apply, just tear off the approximate amount needed to wrap my finger, wrap it around the appropriate place on my finger to protect, then go start hitting balls. Sweat, rain, hitting golf balls all day, tape stay’s in place and finger never hurts. No small blister appears, tape protects finger. When golf is over, tape is easily peeled off.
