Direct replacement and fit and lights up!
Very easy to install and immediately works! The color of the switch is the same as the original equipment, and the fit was perfect. I recently replaced my 24-year-old original side mirrors and determined that the original switch was bad also. Replacing the old switch is as easy as popping the switch bank out of the armrest, removing the wires from the old switch, using a small flat-bladed screwdriver to pop the old switch out, then pop the new one in, hook it up, and finally put the switch bank back. It's a very painless process! One note is that it lights up! I didn't realize that. I've attached a terrible picture, but you get the idea. Buy with confidence.

Great replacement mirror adjustment switch for our 2001 Chevy Silverado 1500 Extended Cab
The mirror adjustment switch on the driver’s door finally gave out and needed replacement after 22 yrs. I was thrilled to see that the new switch (aftermarket) looked identical to the OEM switch. It is Plug and Play! Simple installation, took less than a few minutes, take care removing the old switch as these plastic parts on the OEM control window cluster may be brittle. The new switch will snap into the slotted tabs. The new switch fits perfectly and most importantly worked perfectly. The pic shows the new aftermarket switch in place. Can you tell the difference? Now let’s see how long it lasts. Yes I recommend this item.

Works like it should
Fits okay, button to switch left or right is kind of stiff, and the lights in it are more blue than the factory green. Other than that functions great and that’s all I really cared about

Matches Oem power switch. Used in my 2000 gmc sierra, worked as it should! Buttons feel much more durable than my 25 year old switch that didn’t work and the buttons felt a bit loose. Super easy install, just pop the piece with all the power buttons off instead of taking off the door panel. Then unplug the 3 plugs that connect to the power switch piece. You have the take the whole piece off so you pry and pop the old switch out and click the new one into place. Very simple and only took less than 2 minutes.

Perfect fit
Great replacement for my worn out original part. I didn't realize they light up lol. Simple to install, looks great. I did have to relieve the original hole just a bit to allow L/R switch to function correctly. Now it functions great.
