Believe it or not, our 10 year old son wanted these for his birthday! With winter now on its way he is playing more with his indoor toys. Whilst the trailers are a little flimsy, the vehicles themselves are pretty sturdy. At the scale of 1:43 these are not too small like miniature cars but not too big either. We purchased two sets of these for our grandsons, age 2 and 3. They have held up pretty well. The tailgate on the trailer did break off. I didn't realize how small they were.
