The double stitched and interlocked seams offer excellent durability and will not stretch. The bottom elastic hem allows for proper ventilation to avoid mold growth and buildup. The buckle and strap system allows the inflatable boat cover to fit Newport Vessel's own 10ft 6in Newport as well as most brands and models such as Zodiac, Avon, Achilles, West Marine, Saturn, Mercury, Baltic, etc. Simply tighten the buckles to create the perfect fit. The full rear cut allows for the cover to fit over both the motor and boat. The Newport Vessels 10ft-11ft inflatable boat cover comes complete with a mesh carrying bag for easy storage and transportation when not in use. I have a 12 1/2 foot Bris that is 70 in wide. It's really good quality the tie downs are perfect for what I need them for. Because the cover does not go below the tubes on my boat I would not take it on the road unless I had some more tie downs on it. It covers the 15 horsepower Yamaha with room to spare. If you're inflatable is more than 70 in wide this may not work for you unless you just use it as a cover when it's parked. I really like this cover and very satisfied with it. The picture doesn't show the nice snap on buckles and tie-down straps. They are very good quality. You can adjust them nice and snug. Also, I wanted to put it on my inflatable raft and tie it to the roof of my car. I was worried about the rope on the bow. I thought I would have to cut a hole. Nope, there's a gap for it. The material is kinda thin but it didn't cost much so I wasn't expecting a miracle. I'm very happy with it. ... show more

This is the 2nd try with this cover. It fits extremely well on my Caribe dinghy. I wish it would last more that 2 1/2 years in the Florida afternoon sun, though.

I'm reporting on my cover installed November 2015 and in constant use in the Florida sunshine, which is brutal on fabrics. As of May 2018, the cover is intact, except for a small tear near the bow where the cover is under high tension. The fabric is getting weak in spots, and is near end of useful life. I used some flexible pvc electrical conduit to make a ridge line that runs from bow to stern, so the cover was always sloped to shed water. When hurricane Irma came through in 2017, dumping massive rain, the cover was moved out of position by wind, and 10 gallons plus water ponded in it, actually distorting the cover, which held the water perfectly and did not tear under the weight. The cover has mildew streaks, but has not been cleaned once. The elastic has stayed stretchy. If I had used 303 Aerospace protectant every few months, the cover would probably be at 10% of life, not 100%. But maintenance was prioritized low... All in all, works as advertised. Am buying another as soon as I finish this review. ... show more

I have a 12 foot inflatable boat I bring on vacations in the mountains. It rains. We are on a lake and everything gets wet overnight. I wanted quick and easy since storms blow across the lake FAST.
