I usually avoid long sleeves because they are too long. These are perfect! I’m 5’4, 200 lbs. and wear a 42DD bra. The XL fit just right - not too tight though the bust. And the fabric is fantastic. This shirt is pretty much as described, but the material is thicker than I imagined (so it doesn’t drape well), it runs a bit large (I’m usually a large, but the large was too big), and the fit is boxy - unlike most women’s blouses. There was too much material to look good tucked in, but nice to wear alone - or maybe with a cardigan over it. Finally, the wrong side of the fabric is whitish - so I’d stick with a light colored blouse as the dark ones show this contrast through the v-neck.

Ordered large - 40C, 5'5, 165lbs. and dropping. Third time I've bought this brand, first time with short sleeves and they're perfect length and not too tight. Underarm fits correctly. XL fit when 42D, 190lbs.

This blouse fits like a button up flannel, so it is comfortable, but it is also appropriate for wearing as business casual.
