I'm still new to embroidery but as far as I can tell, this stuff works very well for my small machine which has a 4 x 4 hoop. Next time I order, I'll try to get bigger pieces for my 6 needle machine.

Discovered this stabilizer last year after getting a hand-me-down Brother PE-780D from a friend. It's kinda heavy, but still works well on lighter fabrics. Tears VERY cleanly. Stands up to heavy stitching and double pass throughs on my embroidered key fobs.     • Love that I can get this in a larger width for my larger hoops

I use this for simple embroidery on flour sack towels. I love the width since I can use one cut instead of two so it lasts longer. I use the June Tailor basting spray to hold in place. It tears away easily and the pieces left behind become more fabric-like in the wash.
