Got it for my wife and she said it is perfect. It’s white, which is the standard color. The roll is no different than any other, it looks and feels identical to more expensive rolls. It’s the perfect size for my wife’s 5” hoop. We didn’t have any issues with it tearing like it is supposed to. I’m really impressed with this New brothread tear-away stabilizer! The medium weight is perfect—it provides just the right amount of support without feeling too stiff or bulky. It’s very easy to work with, and I love being able to cut it into whatever size I need for each project. The stitching comes out clean and professional, and it tears away nicely without distorting the design. The large 12" x 50 yd roll is also a great value and lasts a long time. This has quickly become a go-to stabilizer for both my machine embroidery!

I am a creature of habit. However, my routines have been greatly diminished because of the closure of Joanns craft store. I used to buy only Pellon stabilizers. Not any more!! I waited until I had to buy/try something new and it was worth the wait! New Brothread is my new love!!! This product is absolutely great!! The tear away is fantastic! Tears easily, it’s strong and yet thinner than my “old” stabilizer! Not going back! This is fantastic!!

The stabilizer is fine. It was my first time using it and it worked out just like I think it probably should. I think my expectation was mistaken because I thought this was something else. I’m not a fan of the tear away kind. It wasn’t what I wanted for the particular project I was working on. I will keep it for a project of something else though.

Purchased this pre cut medium weight tear away stabilizer since my usual 10x50 yd wasn’t going to arrive for my project in time and I have to say even though they are both the same brand and weight, this pre cut one is a lot easier to tear away. It seems to be a little thinner than the 50yd but works just as well even better.
