New Balance are some of the best however, I never got to ware these tennis shoes. I bought wide but they were made different and very wide. So I really can’t rate this shoe it didn’t fit my foot well.

Unfortunately the quality of NB in their foot support isn't as good as it used to be. After breaking both my feet I was recommended to wear these shoes in the 1990s. I never bought any other running shoe since. The last 2 pairs were disappointing in that I had to pay another $30+after spending $200 on the shoes, for new inserts to get the cushion that used to come with them. The wife had to have a good quality shoe that would accommodate a pair of orthodic inserts. Her doctor recommended a couple of models of the New Balance, this one being one of them. I would say that the majority of New Balance shoes are not made in the USA. These however are as you can plainly tell by the outrageous price. They are quality shoes. I would never pay this for a pair of tennis shoes for myself but since they are medically necessary for my wife I bite the bullet and pay it. I only wish this model had more color choices for her in her size. ... show more
